User Agreement

Welcome to Walentin's User Agreement ("Agreement"). This is a legal document that explains your rights and obligations as a user of Walentin and it's services (collectively, "Walentin").

1. Registration as a User; Application of Terms to You; Your Account

You become a user of Walentin ("User") by completing the registration of a Walentin User Account ("Account").

a) When you complete Walentin' registration process, you create a Walentin User Account ("Account"). You may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use your password or Account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password.

b) Walentin stores information about your Account and the User associated with it (you) as soon as you provide us with it unless otherwise specified. We store this data until the termination of your Account. For more information on your privacy, read our Privacy Policy.

2. Term and Termination

a) The term of this Agreement (the "Term") commences as soon as you create an Account and will continue to be in effect until your Account is permanently terminated in accordance with this section.

b) You may request permanent termination of your Account by sending an email to [email protected] using the email address that is linked in your account.

c) Walentin may temporarily or permanently terminate your Account for any conduct or activity that Walentin believes is illegal or otherwise negatively affects Walentin and it's Users.

3. Modifications to this Agreement

Walentin reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

a) In case this Agreement changes you are not permitted to use Walentin until replacing your existing Agreement with Walentin.

b) You replace your existing Agreement with Walentin as soon as you explicitly accept the new Agreement by pressing "I hereby agree to the new User Agreement and replace the old User Agreement with it."

4. Salvatory Clause

If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:

a) the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement; or

b) the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement.
